    All orders are processed and shipped within 30 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information, when available.

  2. Return Eligibility
    Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
    To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
    Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days, depending on your financial institution.

    If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

    Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

  2. Exchanges
    We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at {email address}.

  3. Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  4. Shipping Returns
